Jenna joined Kirwans as a personal injury fee earner in April 2008, and qualified as a Solicitor in 2010.
She was subsequently promoted to Associate in July 2011.
She enjoys dealing with a variety of cases including:
- Road Traffic Accidents
- Accidents at Work
- Slip and Trip Claims
- Criminal Injuries Compensation Claims
Her main interests involve cases where Claimants’ have suffered more serious injuries, some of which render them disabled on the labour market.
She has also gained experience in cases where an allegation of fraud has been made i.e. allegations of staged accidents or phantom passengers.
